Both versions have an MSRP of $39.99, but the two disc soundtrack will not be included with the downloaded version.
Atlus says they are gearing up for the release of the PSP Go and this will be one of the few RPGs available for download on the Playstation Network. Shin Megami Tensei: Persona PSP is slated for September 22 for PSP and Playstation Network download.
